Yes, our sealable trays are designed for Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) applications are available in a range of sizes suited to meat and seafood.

Do you supply bakery trays — specifically for cookies and baked goods?

Yes. We manufacture and supply trays suitable for bakery applications including cookies, cakes and muffins, available in PET.

What sealing machines are compatible with your trays and films?

Our trays and films are designed to be compatible with the most widely used sealing equipment in the New Zealand food manufacturing sector:

Is your packaging recyclable?

The Circular economy is about keeping materials in circulation for as long as possible.

Pluspac offers solutions that are accepted both at curbside and returnable to store both for NZ and Australia, such as mono PET trays and PP or PE based top web films that are compatible with soft plastics recycling programmes.

What percentage of recycled content is in your rPET products?

Our rPET products contains up to 100% recycled PET content. The exact percentage varies by product and application. We can provide material specifications and recycled content declarations on request.

What food safety certifications does Pluspac hold?

PlusPac holds HACCP and GMP certifications, ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the food safety standards required by food producers and retailers.

Our raw materials are manufactured under GFSI certified environments and are US FDA Code of Federal Regulations and the European Commission Directives compliant

Do you supply jars and bottles that can be hot filled?

Yes. We supply jars and bottles that are hot fill capable, with wide neck options available — suitable for sauces, spreads, pickles and similar products requiring hot fill processing.

Can you supply custom sizes or are products standard off-the-shelf?

Both. We supply a full range of standard tray, jar, and bottle formats for fast delivery. We also offer custom sizing and formats to suit specific product dimensions, retail shelf requirements, or branding needs.

Do you offer tooling or mould development for new formats?

Yes. We offer tooling and mould development for customers requiring unique tray, jar, or bottle formats. Typically 5,000 – 20,000 depending on the design with 8-12 week lead time. Our team can work with you from concept through to production-ready packaging.
